Information and Costs
Hope to see all of you at Higgins LabFest 2014!
Here are the costs for room, food, and registration:
Single Occupancy $339.00 per night
Double Occupancy $241.00 per night
Four-person Room = D.O. rates plus 2 at $185 per night
This includes:
Friday March 21st lunch & dinner
Saturday March 22nd breakfast, lunch, & dinner and two coffee breaks
Sunday March 23rd breakfast
We will also have use of large event space for socializing and giving presentations. Friday and Saturday night we will have a bartender and a cash bar in our private space.
I will need an official count of who is attending, and their room type (single/double/four-person) by SEPTEMBER 21st, 2013. This will have to be a firm commitment - we will be charged if we occupy less than 90% of the rooms that we reserve on Sept. 21st. If you do not commit by Sept 21st, and then decide to attend, I cannot guarantee the reduced room rate will still be available (Rooms at Mohonk are normally much more expensive.)
In October, I'll begin soliciting volunteers to give brief talks for the Saturday morning and afternoon sessions.
